Design, construction, and operation of a Tourist Recreation Center located near Palmerola International Airport, covering at least 30,000 square meters. The project is designed to provide entertainment and relaxation spaces where visitors can enjoy day-use experiences within the facilities. The center will feature hydrotherapy pools, sports facilities, a restaurant offering both local and international cuisine, a fitness area (gym), green recreational spaces, and lodging accommodations, providing visitors with a wide variety of leisure, recreation, and entertainment options.
