comercio exterior mediante equipaje acompa\u00f1ado.<\/p><p><strong>San Pedro Sula, 5 de junio de 2026.<\/strong><\/p><p>Honduras dio un nuevo paso en materia de facilitaci\u00f3n comercial con el lanzamiento oficial del Mecanismo de Importaci\u00f3n y Exportaci\u00f3n Hand Carrier para empresas que operan bajo el R\u00e9gimen de Zona Libre (ZOLI), una herramienta que permitir\u00e1 gestionar con mayor rapidez operaciones urgentes de ingreso y salida de mercanc\u00edas mediante la modalidad de equipaje acompa\u00f1ado.<\/p><p>La iniciativa fue presentada durante un evento desarrollado en San Pedro Sula con participaci\u00f3n del Consejo Nacional de Inversiones (CNI), la Administraci\u00f3n Aduanera de Honduras (ADUANAS) y la Asociaci\u00f3n Hondure\u00f1a de Maquiladores (AHM), instituciones que articularon esfuerzos para poner en marcha este nuevo mecanismo orientado a fortalecer la continuidad productiva, la competitividad empresarial y la eficiencia log\u00edstica.<\/p><p>El mecanismo permitir\u00e1 que las empresas puedan movilizar mercanc\u00edas de menor volumen o alto valor bajo un procedimiento regulado y conforme a la normativa aduanera vigente, reduciendo tiempos de respuesta ante requerimientos operativos que demandan atenci\u00f3n inmediata.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa fue acompa\u00f1ada y gestionada desde el a\u00f1o 2025 como parte de la agenda institucional orientada a mejorar el clima de inversi\u00f3n y promover condiciones m\u00e1s competitivas para las empresas instaladas en el pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Durante el lanzamiento, el secretario general del CNI, Jos\u00e9 Ricardo Fuentes, quien particip\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n del ministro de Inversiones y secretario ejecutivo del CNI, Epaminondas Marinakys, resalt\u00f3 el valor estrat\u00e9gico del nuevo
