    El Cl\u00faster Farmac\u00e9utico del Tri\u00e1ngulo Norte (ThinkHUGE) celebr\u00f3 recientemente su primera reuni\u00f3n formal, consolidando una plataforma regional orientada a posicionar a Honduras, Guatemala y El Salvador como cadenas de suministro confiables para el mercado de Estados Unidos, con el Consejo Nacional de Inversiones (CNI) como actor clave en la articulaci\u00f3n institucional y de inversi\u00f3n .<\/p>

    La sesi\u00f3n dio continuidad al primer acercamiento virtual realizado el 20 de noviembre, cuando ThinkHUGE y aliados estrat\u00e9gicos iniciaron el di\u00e1logo sobre oportunidades de relocalizaci\u00f3n productiva (friendshoring) y cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica para la industria farmac\u00e9utica regional, con \u00e9nfasis en competitividad y cumplimiento regulatorio internacional .<\/p>

    El objetivo central de la reuni\u00f3n fue avanzar hacia la alineaci\u00f3n regulatoria con est\u00e1ndares FDA\/GMP, mediante el mapeo de requisitos y un trabajo coordinado para cerrar brechas de cumplimiento que habiliten la comercializaci\u00f3n de productos farmac\u00e9uticos hacia Estados Unidos, una meta considerada estrat\u00e9gica para atraer inversi\u00f3n y escalar capacidades productivas en el Tri\u00e1ngulo Norte.<\/p>

    Requisitos regulatorios<\/strong><\/p>

    Los est\u00e1ndares FDA\/GMP<\/strong> garantizan que los medicamentos cumplan con criterios internacionales de seguridad, calidad y eficacia. La FDA<\/strong>, como autoridad sanitaria de Estados Unidos, regula y autoriza la comercializaci\u00f3n de productos farmac\u00e9uticos, mientras que las Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufactura (GMP)<\/strong> establecen las normas t\u00e9cnicas que rigen su correcta producci\u00f3n. Cumplir con ambos est\u00e1ndares es clave para acceder al mercado estadounidense y fortalecer la competitividad del sector.<\/p>

    Entre los participantes destacados figuraron ThinkHUGE, el CNI, AGEXPORT y empresas farmac\u00e9uticas de la regi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como aliados t\u00e9cnicos y comerciales, que coincidieron en la necesidad de una agenda regional coordinada y sostenida en el tiempo .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    L\u00edneas prioritarias <\/strong><\/p>

    Durante la sesi\u00f3n se definieron l\u00edneas de trabajo prioritarias. En el eje regulatorio, se acord\u00f3 elaborar una hoja de ruta de cumplimiento FDA\/GMP y fortalecer capacidades t\u00e9cnicas. En el eje comercial, se plante\u00f3 articular v\u00ednculos empresariales, esquemas de financiamiento y asistencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Como tercer componente, se avanz\u00f3 en la planificaci\u00f3n de un evento ancla regional, el Foro Farmac\u00e9utico del Tri\u00e1ngulo Norte, previsto para 2026, como hito de posicionamiento internacional .<\/p>

    El CNI reafirm\u00f3 su rol como facilitador y enlace estrat\u00e9gico entre el sector privado, organismos regionales y socios internacionales, impulsando una agenda que fortalece el clima de inversi\u00f3n y proyecta al Tri\u00e1ngulo Norte como un polo emergente para la industria farmac\u00e9utica orientada al mercado estadounidense .<\/p>
