El Portal Digital de Inversiones (PDI) avanza como una de las principales apuestas tecnol\u00f3gicas para modernizar el clima de negocios en Honduras. El CNI es una de las instituciones que lidera esta plataforma como parte de sus servicios digitales, sumado a los servicios legales, t\u00e9cnicos y de inteligencia, enmarcados en su nueva visi\u00f3n institucional al 2030 como agencia de promoci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A la fecha, m\u00e1s de 200 tr\u00e1mites en los diferentes sectores priorizados han sido digitalizados en 16 instituciones, con el objetivo de facilitar los procesos para inversionistas nacionales y extranjeros mediante una ventanilla \u00fanica digital, accesible desde cualquier punto del pa\u00eds.<\/p>

Entre los tr\u00e1mites m\u00e1s utilizados se encuentran los licenciamientos sanitarios gestionados por la Agencia de Regulaci\u00f3n Sanitaria (ARSA), que ya cuenta con m\u00e1s de 44 procesos en l\u00ednea y se posiciona como la entidad con mayor n\u00famero de tr\u00e1mites incorporados.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

La meta es integrar m\u00e1s de 300 tr\u00e1mites, priorizando ocho instituciones que corresponden a sectores estrat\u00e9gicos como el Instituto de la Propiedad (IP), el Registro Nacional de las Personas (RNP), la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores y Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional (SRECI), la Secretar\u00eda de Recursos Naturales y Ambiente (SERNA), la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n, el Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n (INM), la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Aduanas de Honduras.<\/p>

Estas prioridades responden a las necesidades planteadas por los inversionistas y, gracias al impulso recibido junto con la voluntad interinstitucional, actualmente se desarrollan reuniones t\u00e9cnicas entre cada instituci\u00f3n y el equipo del PDI, con el objetivo de incorporar sus tr\u00e1mites antes del lanzamiento oficial liderado por el CNI.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Lourdes Carrasco, directora de inversiones del CNI subray\u00f3 que la sostenibilidad del portal est\u00e1 asegurada gracias a la capacitaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 500 funcionarios p\u00fablicos, municipales y gremiales m\u00e1s el uso permanente que hagan de la plataforma por parte del sector empresarial se garantizar\u00e1 su permanencia y actualizaci\u00f3n constante.<\/p>

Asimismo, hizo un llamado al sector privado a acercarse al CNI para se\u00f1alar los tr\u00e1mites que requieren mayor celeridad, de manera que puedan ser priorizados en la plataforma.<\/p>

El PDI es una iniciativa estrat\u00e9gica del Gobierno de Honduras, alineada con el plan de la presidenta Xiomara Castro para impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de una Rep\u00fablica Digital. Adem\u00e1s, ha contado con el apoyo de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (SDE), la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n por Resultados (DIGER) y el Despacho de Inversiones, instituciones que han contribuido a articular esfuerzos para consolidar la plataforma.<\/p>
