El sector priorizado de inversi\u00f3n del agro en Honduras tiene desde hoy una nueva aliada: la Mesa T\u00e9cnica Nacional de Promoci\u00f3n a las Inversiones del Sector Agropecuario, un espacio donde representantes del sector p\u00fablico, privado y la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional se sentar\u00e1n a la misma mesa para buscar juntos un objetivo com\u00fan: atraer, promover inversi\u00f3n, y hacer crecer las cadenas productivas que sostienen la vida en el campo.<\/p>

La Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda (SAG), a trav\u00e9s de su Programa Nacional de Desarrollo Agroalimentario (PRONAGRO), coordina esta iniciativa. El Consejo Nacional de Inversiones (CNI) se suma como socio estrat\u00e9gico para aportar su experiencia t\u00e9cnica en la promoci\u00f3n y facilitaci\u00f3n de inversiones, mientras que la FAO apoya con su conocimiento y alcance internacional a trav\u00e9s de la iniciativa \u201cMano de la Mano\u201d.<\/p>

\u201cLa conformaci\u00f3n de esta Mesa T\u00e9cnica refleja la determinaci\u00f3n de Honduras de convertir la inversi\u00f3n agropecuaria en un motor de desarrollo sostenible. El CNI aporta su experiencia para que cada proyecto genere valor econ\u00f3mico y social en todo el territorio nacional\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Miguel Medina, ministro de Inversiones y secretario ejecutivo del CNI.<\/p>

La llegada del CNI a esta Mesa no es casualidad. Desde hace meses, la instituci\u00f3n trabaja junto a la SAG y PRONAGRO en acciones concretas. El ejemplo m\u00e1s claro fue el lanzamiento de la Gu\u00eda Sectorial de Inversi\u00f3n en el Agro, presentado el 9 de mayo en Agromercados Honduras 2025 en San Pedro Sula.<\/p>

Este documento \u2014elaborado por el CNI con la validaci\u00f3n de productores, comercializadores y expertos\u2014 ofrece informaci\u00f3n clave para inversionistas nacionales y extranjeros: oportunidades de negocio en caf\u00e9, cacao, frijol, ma\u00edz, c\u00e1rnicos y l\u00e1cteos; rutas de exportaci\u00f3n, marcos legales, incentivos y casos de \u00e9xito.<\/p>

\u201cDesde PRONAGRO hemos trabajado de la mano con el CNI no solo en la Gu\u00eda para Inversionistas, sino tambi\u00e9n en foros que acercan a productores y comercializadores.<\/p>

La Mesa T\u00e9cnica se ha propuesto tres metas inmediatas:<\/p>

\u2022 Crear un espacio permanente de di\u00e1logo y coordinaci\u00f3n para identificar oportunidades y abordar desaf\u00edos de inversi\u00f3n en el agro.<\/p>

\u2022 Apoyar el cumplimiento de la Pol\u00edtica de Estado del Sector Agroalimentario (PESAH) 2023-2043, con un rol t\u00e9cnico s\u00f3lido.<\/p>

\u2022 Organizar eventos y foros especializados que pongan en vitrina las cadenas productivas hondure\u00f1as y sus oportunidades para inversores nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>

\u2022 La mesa t\u00e9cnica esta integrada por el sector p\u00fablico, privado y cooperaci\u00f3n internacional SAG, CNI, COHEP, FENAGH, IHCAFE, LAFISE, World Vision, FAO, Rikolto, Ayuda en Acci\u00f3n, Swisscontact, HEIFER Honduras y la plataforma de caf\u00e9 sostenible en Honduras.<\/p>
